All of our rental boats come with life jackets, throw-able floatation, paddle, fire extinguisher and whistle.

Deposits
A deposit is required to secure a reservation. Deposits/payments are non-refundable. Your deposit can be transferred to another reservation.
Overnight Camping and Return Times
Return time is 9 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.
Necessities
You can purchase a MN fishing license here at Handberg’s. We also have gas, bait, ice, maps and so much more (including giant ice cream cones).
Responsibilities
You are responsible for any service, damage or loss of equipment other than mechanical problems. You will be required to sign a boat rental agreement. The boat will be checked prior to departure and upon return.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of your trip however, we’ll gladly accept payment prior to your trip. The gas tank is filled prior to departure and refilled on your return. You only pay for the gas you use. Payment can be made by bank cashier’s check, personal check, travelers checks, cash or credit card.

Cancellations:
Deposits/payments are nonrefundable. Your deposit can be transferred to another reservation.
1/2 Day Rental:
Just want to go exploring for the afternoon? We are glad to accommodate your request for a 1/2 day, however the time frame is limited to 4 hours.
